These terms govern your use of UploadPhoto.org. By using the site or paying for a download, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do.
The service
We provide software that crops, resizes, compresses, and checks photos against document presets you select. We format real photos; we do not create fake identity images, beautify faces to change who you appear to be, or guarantee acceptance by any government or employer. Final acceptance is always decided by the reviewing authority.
Accounts
You do not need an account to use the core flow. Optional email for receipts may be offered through our payment provider.
Fees and delivery
Prices are shown before checkout. You receive the digital deliverables described at checkout (for example upload-sized file, print sheet when included, and a compliance readout) after successful payment. Downloads may be time-limited; see the product and refund pages.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access others’ jobs, probe for vulnerabilities beyond responsible disclosure, or use outputs for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or refuse service for abuse.
Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in those places our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific job giving rise to the claim (or, if greater caps apply in your jurisdiction, those caps). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages where exclusion is permitted.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or related to them or your use of UploadPhoto.org, are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that courts in the United States have jurisdiction over such disputes.
