Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied. This policy explains when we refund the fee for a generated download and when we do not.
Format guarantee
If the paid download does not match the published pixel dimensions, file format, and maximum file size of the document preset you selected at checkout, contact us with your job identifier and we will either correct the file or refund that payment.
Source photo and discretion
If your original photo cannot be made compliant without altering identity (for example extreme pose, occlusion, or background policy), we will surface that before or after preview where technically possible. Refunds are generally not owed when the limitation is visible in preview and the issue is with the source image or agency discretion, not our formatting.
How to request
Email support@uploadphoto.org or use the support channel on your Stripe receipt within fourteen (14) days of payment, including your job ID and a short description. We will respond within a few business days.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may provide transaction records to the card network. Please contact us first so we can resolve the issue faster.
